Privacy Policy

Saintrac operates Tuni (“we,” “us”). We take privacy seriously and believe you shouldn’t have to trade personal data for product features. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

  • Account: email, name, and profile image (if signing in with Google).
  • Usage:how many minutes of audio you’ve generated, so we can enforce plan limits.
  • Voice samples (optional): short audio clips you upload for voice cloning, encrypted at rest and never shared.
  • Billing: handled by Polar; we store only a customer reference and your current tier.

2. What we don't collect

  • We don’t sell data to advertisers.
  • We don’t use your voice samples to train shared models.
  • Captions and dubs are rendered locally whenever possible; the audio stream from your browser leaves your device only when you’re actively generating a dub or TTS clip.
  • We don’t store the content of what you listen to after a dub completes — only aggregate usage minutes.

3. How we use your data

To run the service: deliver audio, enforce plan limits, authenticate sessions, and send you the occasional important product email. That’s it.

4. Third parties

  • Polar (Merchant of Record) processes payments and handles VAT/tax compliance.
  • Google is used for OAuth sign-in if you choose it.
  • Convex hosts our backend and database.
  • ElevenLabs + Anthropic provide voice synthesis and translation for the premium tier. For free-tier users we rely on self-hosted models running on Modal GPUs.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and takes effect within 30 days across backups.

6. Data location

Primary data is hosted in US-based cloud infrastructure. If you’re in the EU or UK, we rely on standard contractual clauses for transfers.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll email account holders before the change takes effect.
