These Terms govern your use of Tuni, an AI voice product operated by Saintrac, a software studio based in Miami, Florida (“Tuni,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Tuni browser extension or web app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Tuni provides AI-generated voice synthesis, translation, and captioning delivered through a Chrome extension and a companion web application. Tuni operates at the browser layer and does not integrate with, modify, or redistribute third-party content from services like Netflix, YouTube, or Disney+.
2. Accounts
You may create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tuni.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Polar, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Polar’s policy for merchant-of-record purchases and can be requested within 14 days for good-faith cases.
4. Usage limits
Each plan has a monthly time cap as disclosed on the pricing page. We do not offer “unlimited” plans. When you reach your cap, additional usage is paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tuni to generate voice clones of people without their consent, to impersonate others, to create deceptive content, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
Audio you generate through Tuni belongs to you. Voice models and software belong to Tuni and our licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
7. Liability
Tuni is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll email account holders when changes are material.
